Documentation
Procurement and facilities teams ask for the same short list of documents before they ask for a price. That list is below.
Magic Touch Cleaning Solutions Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 15693373. The company works across the UK. Documents are issued in English and written to UK law, so terms such as COSHH and DBS refer to UK instruments rather than local equivalents. If you are enquiring from outside the UK, say so in the enquiry and you will get a straight answer on what is possible before anything is committed.

What arrives with your quote
These documents are written around your site rather than published here. They travel with the quote, in the same email thread, before anyone attends site.
- The fixed written quote. Issued within 48 hours of the site details reaching us. The invoice matches the quote.
- Risk assessments and method statements (RAMS). Written around your site, its working hours and its access. You read them before the crew arrives.
- COSHH assessments. One for every product the job carries, matched to the method statement for that scope.
- Product safety data sheets. For the same products.
- Payment terms. Agreed in writing before work starts. Purchase orders are accepted.
- Your own onboarding forms, completed and returned. Vendor registration and site induction paperwork. Send them with the enquiry and they come back completed.
Available on request
These are held rather than published, usually because they name individuals or belong to a past job. Ask for one by name and it is sent by email.
- DBS confirmation. Written confirmation that the operatives on your job are DBS checked. Our own people, never agency fill-ins.
- A written reference from the predecessor era. A DHL food safety auditor's written reference covering cleaning at DHL service centres inside London stations, delivered by the founding crew under the predecessor company and worked to Network Rail RAMS. The scope included chilled rooms and food storage.
- A sample handover photo record. The timestamped photo set produced at the end of a job, taken from completed work, so you can see the format before you appoint anyone.
- The equipment list. The machines carried on the company's own vans.
- Company registration. Company number 15693373, registered in England and Wales. The filing record is public at Companies House and can be checked without asking us.
